Asking for help can be be really hard and I am glad you found your way to my website. Most of us did not grow up with therapy as an option.  In our busy lives it is not always easy to carve out time for ourselves and even more difficult to know when the issue or concern we have requires professional help. Specializing in difficult life transitions, grief, self esteem, and achieving balance, I work with clients to identify recurring patterns of thinking and behavior in their lives and ways to develop healthy coping mechanisms to progress forward.

Throughout my career as a therapist, I have worked with clients dealing with a range of issues.  I am a New York State licensed and credentialed alcohol and substance abuse counselor as well as a licensed clinical social worker specializing in psychotherapy.   I want to help you transform your life and achieve your greatest potential.

My  office is located in downtown New Rochelle near transportation (Metro North) with metered parking onsite.  My online therapy option is available for NY STATE  residents only as licensing is limited to those in NY.  Teletherapy provides you an opportunity to schedule appointments from the convenience of your home.  I accept Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oxford, and Oscar insurance as well as offering competitive fees.
